Will I
be able to use your machines without a demonstration or training?
Yes, our
heat presses are very easy to use. There really are only two variables
you have to adjust and that is temperature and time. Both can easily be
adjusted by pressing a button.
When you purchase consumables from our recommended suppliers, they will
always give you an indication of the temperature or timing required for
a particular product - what could be easier? A majority of our
customers take delivery of our heat presses without a prior
demonstration or any form of training
Will support be available after purchase?
Yes, we do offer on-going after sales support at no extra cost to you.
We can help you on any technical or sourcing issues. Our wealth of
experience is at your disposal.
If you do decide to take delivery without a demonstration or training,
and subsequently realise that you do need training, remember, we do not
charge for this as it forms part of our back-up support. All we ask is
that you book an prior appointment and we will be more than happy to
train you at a mutual convenient date/time. Training is carried out at
our premises in Romford, Essex..
How much will it cost to ship the machine to
me?
The cost of
shipping can vary from £10+VAT to around £40+VAT depending very much on
the weight of your entire order. In certain
instances, it could be more, especially on larger and heavier
packages. We normally ship on a two day parcel service but can
ship next day, if required, at an extra charge.
For overseas shipment, we can obtain shipping quotes,
both, by sea and air.
How do I place an order for some equipment?
You may place
your order by simply calling us on 01708-731294 (Monday-Friday,
9.30am-5.30pm). We can accept payments by all major credit and debit
cards. Alternatively, you may fax or e-mail your order to us. We can
accept payment by cheque (goods can only be shipped out once the cheque
has cleared) and you may also deposit money
into our bank account (details supplied on request). We, of course, do
not mind cash either! We reserve the right to refuse
payment by credit/debit cards/ cheques etc in favour of direct bank
transfer only.
We can accept payment by paypal too from verified paypal account
holders. We may be able to accept payment from non-verified paypal
account holders too but may require additional ID before goods are
shipped out. This could add a little delay to shipment whilst we
check out additional ID etc.
On
cleared funds, we can usually ship within 48 hours (depending on stock
availability). However, in the case of packages, it may take around five
working days.
Where will I obtain my on-going supplies from?
With every
purchase, we will give you a list of recommended suppliers. We feel that
your interests are best served where we are free to give you a list of
recommended suppliers. These suppliers, stock everything you are ever
likely to need in terms of products/consumables and perhaps even more!
They all offer next day deliveries so you do not have to tie up your
money in large amounts of stock.
How reliable are your machines?
Our machines
have stood the test of time and have proven to be extremely reliable and
very safe to use. More importantly, we promote
quality British Made machines which has proven to be more safe and
reliable than the ones cheaply made in the far east.
How long has your company been established?
Creative
Printers of London (CPL) have been established for over 23
years - with the last 20 years in Romford,
Essex! Our company is a family owned business which keeps going from
strength to strength (just look at our other websites). Both senior
partners of CPL are university graduates with a keen interest in
marketing and promotions - their vast experience is at your disposal!
As we are not tied down to any particular manufacturer - we are free to
pick and choose the best systems for our customers..
